you can also redirect through .htaccess file by putting redirect 301 source_link target_link

example – redirect 301 /html/profiles_scott.html https://laskofflaw.com/attorney/scott-quigley/

I think that the plugin only works for WordPress pages.
What I would do if I were you is simply add a meta redirect in the profiles_scott.html page

<meta http-equiv=”refresh” content=”0;url= https://laskofflaw.com/attorney/scott-quigley/&#8221; />

Hopefully you don’t have too many html pages to edit.

There might also be a way to do this via .htaccess but this is always how I’ve done it.
