No Redirect

    Hello, I’m using the stand alone version with code in the body tag. In the last days it doesn’t work properly, I got this error:

    BestAzonScript.js:36 Uncaught ReferenceError: BestAzon_Configuration is not defined
    at BestAzonScript.js:36

    How can I fix it?

    Hi there,

    Can you please provide your site url?

    Also, most such problems occur due to conflict with some other plugin. Please disable all plugins and try .. if it works, one of the plugins is culprit. You can then enable them one by one and see which one.

    I’m using IP Board and not wordpress, I tried to disable the plugins and applications but the issue persist. Do you have an email address for support?

    We emailed you with the resolution just now. Please note this issue is only relevant to cases where you use the scripts directly (i.e. not the wordpress plugin). This is NOT RELEVANT to wordpress plugin

    We have figured out the issue.

    Please use the latest script on our website https://bestazon.io to resolve this.

    Essentially, there is a “,” missing at the end of line “Conf_Hide_Redirect_Link”: “2” //enter ….

    it should be changed to

    “Conf_Hide_Redirect_Link”: “2”, //enter “1”…

    Note the comma “,” at after “2”.
