No records shown in backend

Hello,
I am using Ninja Pro for a big data table to be rendered and it does a beautiful job… in the frontend.
The table has >5000 entries and it loads well, conditional formatting, anything I want, but here’s my problem: I cannot get it to show me any records in the backend of WordPress. I can only see columns.

Is there something that I can do or that can be done? It would be helpful for small changes not to update the whole csv file.
