• Orders not snychronised error-free, no sync of products. So automated emails to customers are not possible. (Which makes Sendinblue useless to me)

    Thank you for your feedback.

    Order details should be automatically synced to your Sendinblue account once the plugin is installed: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245#h_01FDCNJEH6SKTVE1TBCD4C4F5Q.

    Please note that only the ID, date and price is synced and not the product.

    However, the product can be included in a product purchase email, for example, if used in conjunction with a marketing automation workflow.

    With that being said, could you provide some further info about the issue that you are experiencing? We will be happy to investigate further.
