Order details should be automatically synced to your Sendinblue account once the plugin is installed: https://help.sendinblue.com/hc/en-us/articles/209579245#h_01FDCNJEH6SKTVE1TBCD4C4F5Q.
Please note that only the ID, date and price is synced and not the product.
However, the product can be included in a product purchase email, for example, if used in conjunction with a marketing automation workflow.
With that being said, could you provide some further info about the issue that you are experiencing? We will be happy to investigate further.
