    It seems to be working now.

    But did not for one post today after I had rolled back to the previous version.

    Not sure why.

    The reason is explained here. We are rate-limiting notifications for the same post to 1-hour intervals. In other words, you cannot send two notifications for the same post within a 1 hour period. If you get “no recipients,” it is most likely the case that you already sent one previously. You can always log into onesignal.com and verify that the notification was delivered by navigating to the “Delivery” tab in your dashboard.
