    Hi Everyone,

I’m hoping to get some help with a site I’ve taken on. It’s obviously a woo site. All the emails are workin fine apart from the 3 that are supposed to go to the company themselves.

Even after I activate the notification and then add the emails I want, when I go back to the list there are no recipients listed and no emails are sent.

    See screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/ffYXBy7

I’ve tried deleting the emote in the sales field as some have said. Didnt work. I’ve also reached out to WooCommerce support but nothing yet.

I’ve been trying to solve this for over a week now and am out of ideas so I’m asking the kind people here in hope!

  • That’s an odd problem. It sounds like *other* settings on those notifications save, given you got the emoji removed? Does anything show up in the error logs after you do it? Are there any notification/email plugins that could be affecting things?

    Hi @mikeoptima,

It sounds like you’re unable to save a recipient email address in the Email settings, hence, no admin emails are sending.

Let’s make sure this is not a theme or plugin conflict with WooCommerce.

First, backing up your live site before any testing and updates is highly recommended. If you would prefer not to do testing on your live site, first make a back up of your site, then create a staging site using this plugin WP Staging. This creates a copy of your live site where you can make tests without affecting your live site.

Temporarily switch your theme to one of our default – Storefront or Twenty Nineteen, then deactivate all plugins except for – WooCommerce. If it shows correctly, then it’s a theme or plugin conflict. Reactivating each plugin one at a time, then see if the issue pops up again will tell us which plugin is conflicting.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
