    Ratings were displayed when the plugin was first installed, but not all of them.
    I reinstalled the plugin hoping to see all reviews. From now on, however, no ratings were displayed at all, only an error. Apparently the reviews have been downloading in the background for several days. However, there are only a few reviews on Booking.com.

    Unfortunately, a reset from the plugin settings was unsuccessful.

    Hi @eleist !

    Do you use the latest version of the plugin?
    If not, please dowload the new version/if so, please reinstall the plugin and add the URL again.
    With the free plugins you get the chance to display the last 10 reviews and update them only every 14 days.

    Hi Lidia,

    yes, i use tha latest version. Yesterday was the latest update.
    I’ve allready reinstalled it, cleaned the database…nothing happens.
    I know that there are just 10 reviews, i allready use the plugin on other sites.

    So, i have to wait two weeks and updates the reviews? may the reviews will be there?

    i tried to reconnect the site again und removed the https:// from the url. now it works ??
