    Here are the shipping methods I selected: https://tinyurl.com/27mjwzr7

    When I select all the shipping methods, some of them appear on the checkout page, but when I choose only the above methods, no shipping options are displayed.

    Could this be related to certain shipping methods not being applicable to specific locations, or is there something else causing this issue?

    Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thank you for your prompt response. I’ll be happy to help.

    In the screenshot of the plugin settings, I see that you have only one service “UPS Standard” enabled. Between the addresses you are testing, is this service available? Could you verify this situation with UPS Shipping Calculator while logged into the same UPS account?

    If you have confirmed on the UPS calculator that such a shipment should be able to be made, to further investigate the issue, please enable the Debug Mode. This will provide more detailed information about what might be causing the issue.

    Here’s how to enable Debug Mode:
    1. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS and check the box next to “Enable debug mode.”
    2. After enabling debug mode, try simulating a shipping calculation again.
    3. You should see debug messages at the checkout. Please use the “Copy to clipboard” buttons for the debug messages (request and response) and send me the outcomes as text files.


    Furthermore, please send me a screenshot whether you see any special message different from “rates no added etc.”.

    If you encounter any issues with these steps or need further assistance, please let me know.
