No quiz answer input filed

I have tutor lms pro, created course, created first quiz and noticed there is no way to provide any answer as there is no field to do so.

I found this topic, and think it might be somehow relevant to my problem, but don’t get the solution that is mentioned there.
I looked through a lot of posts here, but didn’t find any solution.
Quizzes are crucial part of my course, please provide some help.

Every plugin is up to date, there are no visible conflicts between them.

Second question: is there any way to provide hints for quiz questions? Even if its done by adding my own html code? I heard sensei got hint future build in, and that is very useful thing to do in quizzes.
