When I edit a page using Oxygen and save, the cache does not clear, and anonymous users see the current cached page while logged-in users see the new content.

This is a VPS running through Runcloud on the OpenLiteSpeed stack. It does pass through Sucuri proxy firewall so this is actually what people hit on the frontend. Sucuri only has a basic short cache on static assets only.

However, I tested this on another VPS in Runcloud with same OLS stack (does not go through Sucuri) and it also had the same issue.

I don’t know if it’s an Oxygen issue though, because even when I run the purge all feature, the cache doesn’t clear.

I turned on the debug mode but it does not log anything when I refresh the anonymous front end. It only logs some stuff on the backend like it detects the Oxygen activity on the URL “HTTP_REFERER: https://www.xxxxxxxxx.com/some-page/?ct_builder=true&ct_inner=true”

What could cause the purging to not work for the full page cache?

I’ve done more testing on my non-Sucuri site and it does appear like LSCache doesn’t clear the cache of that page after Oxygen saves it. But doing a purge all or even purging just that one page will clear it.

Is there a way to help LSC purge after Oxygen saves the page?

please try grab the log at the action upon saving

and also please provide the report number

you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

Thanks. I’ve sent the report with ID OYHKORLY

There is a note in the report that has a download for video walkthrough and log file.

    Hope it helps!

    Darn it!

Ok I went in the site, cleared the log, then did a fresh edit of one page in Oxygen, clicked save, then captured the log.

If you open the same zip from from the Dropbox link, it should be updated now.
