No purchase events(gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC) datalayer push happening

I’ve observed actual page url on thank you page is

https://atomicmass.com.au/checkout/order-received/83385/?key=wc_order_QAxJOngHgyzTo

But in GTM preview mode the Page URL value it shows

@duracelltomi I’ve checked for any gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC event on the thank you page but didn’t find one.

If possible could you please check ?

on checkout you can put
name:test, test, email:[email protected] and can select “Pay on Collection”

option and complete order.

I placed a test order (#83390) – your site seems to be using some customization after the cart. When I place the order, the data layer looks like GTM4WP gets the info it is on your cart page and not on your order received page.

You also put a native gtag() code into your template which could cause some issues in your tracking.
