No purchase authorization

Would it be possible to use this just for card verification?
So in order to make a hotel reservation, the client inputs the credit card information, the card is verified, no money is taken. The payment will be made at the hotel.

Paypal has something like this, called “no purchase authorization”, or “0$ authorization”. But I need a local processor, like mobilPay.
