    Buenas noches.
    Quisiera saber si alguien me puede ayudar, tengo una página que vende productos religiosos, un cliente de Francia, me escribe diciendo que no puede terminar su pedido ya que le aparece “No se encontraron opciones de envío para Francia ”, sin embargo lo extra?o esta en que en otras ocasiones ya se han hecho envíos sin ningún inconveniente.
    Cabe destacar que son solo en algunos países y que fue de un momento a otro que se presento esta dificultad.

    Can you please confirm for us that you have set up a shipping zone that includes France? Can you share more details on what kind of shipping options you have set up in that zone?

    Just checking-in on this for you again, as it appears that you had missed our previous question on shipping zones.

    To reiterate:

    Can you please confirm for us that you have set up a shipping zone that includes France? Can you share more details on what kind of shipping options you have set up in that zone?

    For customers from France to be able to see shipping options, you would need to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones, create a new shipping zone for France, and add a shipping method there. Only then would you be able to get shipping rates for France.
