    Hello,

I’ve tried to implement tracking for my client, but when I hit connect, it isn’t finding any property IDs. Any help gratefully received.

    Hi @helenbfi,

    Thanks for posting.

It seems that there are lots of accounts connected with the email id you are trying to set up.

    You could try 2 workarounds:

Workaround 1: After selecting, “Universal Analytics” if you are not getting the id then just select “Both (UA + GA4)” and try to search for the id you want to connect.

Once you find the UA id then just select that. Then again select the “Universal Analytics” radio button and search for UA id in the drop-down, probably you will get it.

Workaround 2: You could share your analytic access to a separate email id(say [email protected]) that has less number of analytic accounts associated. Then try to log in with the separate email id(say [email protected]).

    Hope the above workaround helps.

Just FYI, we are working towards addressing such problems which occur due to delay in API calls. Will fix them in the future release.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Tatvic Analytics.
