There’s a lot to unpack here.
Any plugin or theme that upsells invites this sort of review. Your experience with the “commercial” version is valid for a review here. What you cannot do is use the review here to negotiate for a refund. That’s amazingly not cool and an abuse of this site when anyone does that.
Do not use the reviews here to strong arm a result. Do not use any section on this site to blog. This site is no one’s blog and the running commentary and updates isn’t appropriate here.
This part is a problem as well.
Now they are demanding me to remove my review or they won’t give me a refund. Wow.
That too is remarkably not cool either. If someone was buying reviews then they would risk losing their plugins from this site and getting banned. This will be discussed with the plugins team.
The author replied but that was caught in the queue and not published. The content of that reply is not for this site either and has been archived.
As refund conversations are not for these I am closing the review from further replies and any modifications. The review will stand but any refund conversations, any “customer” talk will not be on this site.
