No profile picture on imported users

    When I import users from my other site via the CSV file, the picture they’ve selected for the profile picture isn’t imported. This is a big problem! How can it be fixed?

    I can see it other similar threads that you state that it’s not a feature included in the free version of the plugin. However, when people ask if it’s a feature of the paid version, you reply that it’s inconvenient for you to discuss the features of the paid version here – it should be addressed in the support section. Where’s that? Can you be more specific?

    Hi @flophouse,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    The avatars are automatically fetched from the user’s Gravatar profile if the email address is registered there. The plugin does not directly import profile pictures.

    If you are using any third-party plugin to support manual profile picture upload, such data may be stored as meta and can be managed by the Pro version of our plugin.?
