“No products were found of this seller!” In sellers stores!

For some reason products are not showing in the users store but do show on the main woocommerce.

On users shop I just get “No products were found of this seller!” even though there are products by that seller.

I am using the theme 15zine (very popular theme). I have tried creating a child theme with a the folder “dokan” and adding the store.php from dokan to it but that doesnt seem to help.

Is there anyway I can fix this? thank you!
