    On the menu page I have moved the products as products under the “Lace Tablecloths” category (you can see them on the slide down menu) but the products do not show on main
    “Lace Tablecloths” page. Instead it shows – No products were found matching your selection. Help. Thanks in advance.

    Hi there!

    Unfortunately I can’t load that page, it tells me “oldeworldelace.com redirected you too many times.”

    Is there another URL where it isn’t working? Or can you let us know when that page works please?

    I am afraid I don’t know how to reply. The category page that I mentioned was coming up but had the error message saying “No products were found matching your selection”. Now when I click on “Lace Tableware” on the menu it doesn’t come up at all and it is showing “redirected you too many times.” I do not know how to proceed. As you can see by the rest of my menu on https://www.oldeworldelace.com I did all of the other categories perfectly. I, obviously am a newby, so if you can suggest any solution I would appreciate it. I would appreciate any help.

    I took a look at your site, but wasn’t able to find “Lace Tableware” in the menu. Could you please paste the link to the page that you’re having trouble with?

    The “Lace Tableware” link is on the main menu (5th item over). The link that does not work is “Lace Tableware” and the URL is https://oldeworldelace.com/product-category/tablecloths-lace/ As you can see the text comes up but the error message on the page says “No products found matching your selection. When I go to Appearance>Menus the parent page and the sub-categories are listed properly but when I go to Products>categories the “tablecloths-lace” is not in the right place over the sub-categories.

    Thanks for that additional information! I’m seeing the page now, and it also tells me “No products found matching your selection”.

    Products>categories the “tablecloths-lace” is not in the right place over the sub-categories.

    You can rearrange the categories and their structure by editing them:

    Once you’ve done that, can you please make sure that the “tablecloths-lace” category does have products assigned to it? You can see that here:
