No products shown

Hi!
My wordpress instalaltion was automatically updated to 4.3.1 by my webb hotell. After that no products are shown in webshop. Using woocommerce 2.0.13 with genesis connect 0.98. If I disable genesis connect then products are shown but not my shop meny and sidebars. Any ideas?
