No Products showing below posts

  • So I want to show related products below my posts. For instance I have multiple posts about “goal setting” and a goal setting product in WooCommerce.

    WRI DOES show related posts, but that I want to leave to YARPP, which is still on. So WRI should only display related products.

    I did the following so far in WRI settings:
    – enabled WRI
    – set “Post types used by WRI” to “products” (I only want to show products)
    – on “product page” Tab: set threshold low (to 1)

    But nothing displays as related, ever. (except posts, which I don’t want as I said).

    I even entered “No Related Products” in “Related Types” Tab for “Default display if no results:”, but even that does NOT show on my post page.

    Hi Myrko,

    Set “Post types used by WRI” to “products” and “posts”, because both post types part of relationship finding.

    Then go to “Post Pages” tab when you can set related items on Post pages. Here in the “Product” row set the position field to “Bottom of the page” to display Products on the bottom of the post pages.
    In the “Posts” row set the position to “None or just widgets”, because you do not want to display related posts on post pages by WRI.

    Then go to “Products Pages” tab, and set what types of related items would like to display on Products pages. If do not want to display any kind of related items for products, then set “None or just widgets” in “Product” and “Posts” rows.

    Please ensure that there are common things between posts and products (e.g. similar title, or common categories). You can find more information about similarity here:
