    Hi,

The plugin has been working great, one thing that I would need help with is,

the ‘no product’ message appears fine however once I refresh the page or move to another page then going back to the previous page ( the page includes the filter ), the ‘no product’ message disappears,

To help you to understand I’ve attached a video record, the link is here: https://d.pr/v/tevm8a

Is there any way that I can keep the ‘no product’ message even after refreshing or going back to the previous page?

    Thanks,
    Sun.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Sun,

Is that default WooCommerce page? Are you showing products there with shortcode or some builder?

    Hi Dima,

Thanks for replying back to me,

I’m using the Elementor builder and calling your filter plugin with a shortcode.

    Thanks,
    Sun

    Sun,

We are not outputting products but only adding filters to the query. When you are using ajax we are checking for the “no products” message and if it is missing adding it ourselves. But when it is simple page load it is up to the WooCommerce(when their shortcode is used) or your page builder(when block/module is used) where and how to show “no products” message. Most of the builders don’t show it at all.

So if you need it there please contact Elementor developers.

    Dima

    Hi Dima,

I’ve contacted the Elementor team and please see the reply below,

    ——
I have checked this email chain and I see that this is actually something that needs to be be done in cooperation with the plugin developers and if they will be interested in doing this to make their addon compatible with Elementor the best way is to contact our developers on our Github – https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues
We are not really aware of the plugin code and how it works currently, and there are no more reports in our system regarding this issue, but we are open to provide any help with the getting it compatible with Elementor.
If the plugin developers say that it will catch the filter only when the page is reloaded with Ajax, then I guess it doesn’t compatible with most of the page builders and with Woocommerce if Ajax function is disabled.

I’m not sure if you are interested in doing so, Elementor is extremely popular nowadays, it’s a compatibility issue which I would really appreciate it if it could be resolved.

    Thanks,
    Sun.

    Hi Sun,

    =)

Create new category. Open page for edit with Elementor. Output products limited by newly created(empty) category. Save and open page to view. Do you see there “no products” message? I don’t.

Is it expected that our filters should show it there?

    Regards,
    Dima
