No products match your selection issue

    Hi all

    I have this website and a few products have different attributes, everything is set up correctly – colors, stock, everything really – but still I get a message saying No products match your selection when people select ANY of the colors, which means they can’t buy this product at all.

    What is causing this?

    Hi there,

    It seems like the issue is either with your theme/page builder, or the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce plugin you’re using.

    A quick check can be made by disabling the variation swatches plugin to see if it works properly without it.

    If it still doesn’t work, it might mean your product’s template is interfering. If you can, create a test variation product using just a default template, do not use the page builder or theme templates.

    If that’s not possible, you’ll have to do a conflict test. It’s best to set up a staging site for that, as it could disrupt your live site. Learn more about how to do that here.
