No products linked after running Start Linker

    I just installed Platy.

    I have connected and authenticated my Etsy shop.
    I have created a Template.
    I have connected and synced Categories.

    When I run the Start Linker to link products, it goes through the motions and returns”No Products Linked”.

    I only have one product on Etsy (with three variations of that product).

    Is there an issue with Platy or did I miss something during setup?

    All of the SKUs have to match for the product to be linked. Is that the current case?

    hmm, I guess I may misunderstand what this app does. I thought it would pull listings from Etsy or post listings to Etsy.

    Do I need to create the listings in my store and in Etsy separately?

    I found a video and it looks like this will push products to Etsy but not download them. Is that correct?

    I don’t have any products in my Woostore yet and I was trying download what I have posted in my Etsy shop to “sync” it with my WooCommerce. Is this possible?

    Not with the app directly. Perhaps using CSV import/export.

    If I create a product with the same SKU in both Etsy and my store, will it synchronize the two?

    Yes, but it will treat Woo as the source, so if the product on Woo is empty…
