    Hi vlad1985,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an empty feed.

Did you check out our blog post describing the possible causes?
    https://adtribes.io/help-i-have-none-or-less-products-in-my-product-feed-than-expected/

Custom feeds can also be created for ‘free’ users.

You can add the sale price and regular price like this:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/tpyc3dem5u8dpm3/sale-price.png?dl=0

You can add new field mappings by clicking the orange “+ Add field mapping”.

    Hope this helps?

    All the best,
    Eva

Thank you for your swift response. I have deleted the app and remade the feed I had in the initial plugin.

Now the plugin provides data in the feed, but when I add new fields these are not visible in the new feed. it’s stuck with the same initial fields that I saw the first time.

Do you know why I have this issue?

    Thank you!

    Hi vlad,

Honestly that sounds like a caching issue to me? Are you running a caching plugin? If so, make sure to clear the cache when you are reprocessing a feed after you made configuration changes to it. It would even be better to configure the caching plugin as such that it doesn’t cache our product feeds at all.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and/or our support is no longer needed I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Do not hesitate to reach out to us again when you believe this issue shouldn’t be closed or when you need our help for something else.

    All the best,
    Eva
