No products in feed

Hello @bingokid could you let me know a bit more about the issue you encounter? Do you get any error message? What do you see? Do you have a screenshot for me?

When I create (edit) the feed I get an error like in first screenshot. If I click “regenerate” feed generates without errors, but number of products is zero. There should be 18 products.

It is pretty comprehensive, but usually, it starts working with the first three steps.

?If the feeds keep failing after successfully having completed the steps above, I would advise you to increase the WP memory to 1 or even 2 Gig. It is also reported that increasing the PHP Max Input Vars is helpful.

Sorry for the late reply, I went through the steps and the “Disable background processing” did it for me. Now the feed generates fine. Should I leave the background processing disabled or can this be a problem?

I would advise you to test it out. Just enable it again and check if that works for auto generating.

If it does not work keep it disabled.
