All checks have passed and printful is active, but I see zero options to automatically load of add products from Printful. But perhaps the plugin does not do that?

When checking logs I only see a notice:

    [Fri May 13 17:07:23.661865 2022] [php7:notice] [pid 28380] [client xx.xx.xxx.xxx:0] auditor:scan=fingerprint {"blog_id":1,"kind":"active-plugin","name":"Printful Integration for WooCommerce","slug":"printful-shipping-for-woocommerce/printful-shipping.php","ver":"2.1.31","sig":"v1:nohash"}, referer: https://site.wpengine.com/wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron=1652461639.5123329162597656250000

It says it is fully connected but at Printful it states I have zero stores connected. I cannot disconnect and connect again. For that deactivating and activating the plugin does not help.

I removed the license key, deactivated, re-activated and reconnected but still I do not see products being added from Printful nor do I see options to add Printful products to my WooCommerce shop. Store did not get registered with Printful either.

WP Engine checked all on their end and no issues and Printful checks in status tab are all fine too. So reason why shop is not loaded at Printful is unclear. So seems Printful is not registering the shop properly for some reason. Perhaps it cannot handle subdomains for some reason or there is an API access issue

Talked to Printful the third time. Apparently the account owner had not provided me with access to the shop yet so that is why it did connect but did not show any connected shops in the Printful dashboard. So once access has been granted I should be able to see the shop at Printful and work with Printful products inside of WooCommerce.

Can see shop inside Printful now and can add products now as well.
