    Hello! I have set up the plugin. It says “Feed setup: Free listings setup completed, No issues to resolve”. The products I want to sync are all set to “Sync and show”. However, even after 2 days, nothing is synced. It says “Automatically synced to Google, Last updated: 27. August 2022, 13:48, containing 0 products”. The merchant Center also shows no issues, but displays 0 products in all four categories (active, rejected etc.).

    The Merchant Center account is 631141485 (Starkmuth Publishing). It is correctly linked with the plugin. My WordPress.com and Google accounts are also linked correctly.

    Strangely, I had been able to sync some of the products *before* I had set up the Merchant Center and the plugin completely (the process was consfusing, e.g. I had not linked my WordPress.com account at first, since the website is not hosted there). However, the problem was that GTINs were not transmitted from WooCommerce, and adding them manually in Merchant Center did not help either, they were deleted again. So I deleted all products and wanted to start from scratch, but now I have the situation described above.

    Can you help with this?

    Could you please go through the general requirements section and see if you have addressed all the checklists?

    Also, if you have just changed/set your channel visibility, please note that it may take 1-2 days before the products completely sync.

    If the above doesn’t apply to your case, please see if the remedies listed here address your issue.

    Thanks, but I’ve meanwhile switched to another plugin.
