No Product Option in Set Up Fields to Export

    I am running this plugin on a few websites. It works fine on one website. But on this website, it is not giving me the option under “Set up Fields to export”. I am only able to choose fields from “User | Billing Address | Shipping Address”

    The other one I can see everything |Products | Coupons | Cart | Shipping, etc.

    Can you please help as we need to export the product info by order.

    please, turn off “Summary by customers” mode.
