No Product key

I purchased, I got the email, I followed the instructions in your FAQ page, the layout is completely different but when I click the view more the key is NOT displayed.
I opened a ticket with you a day ago, I have also contacted you today via your form and sent a screenshot.
I guess my only option now is to post here, then go for a refund which is a real pain as we have set everything up!!
Safe to say while the free product was fantastic, the paid version is crap due to poor customer service
