No product count parameter available from Etsy response.

If they weren’t active products at the time, then this would be a case that would crop up. The plugin only handles active ones, so inactive wouldn’t be seen at all.

Looking at the API response at the moment, it seems like they should be coming in fine at the moment.

The products appear to be live; I am still experiencing the same situation. I shall check in with my wife in the morning that all is as expected in the Etsy backend.

Any changes with this one?

No, still the same message, even though the products are live on the Etsy shop.

Not quite sure what’s going on in this case, unless you have some sort of odd caching going on for this.

I assume this is the correct store: https://www.etsy.com/shop/Gozotiques as the store ID value matched.

THere’s no caching on the WordPress site; I cleared Chrome & went Incognito, with the same results. This is really baffling me.

As suggested, the API was at fault. I created a new one with the bare minimum of information: App Name, App Description, and App users. It worked a treat.

I’m having this issue as well. I’ll admit I do not know etsy so maybe that’s the issue.

I’ve tried creating a second app on etsys site and using a new key with no luck.

I’ve looked at my item and I can’t see where anything is wrong there.

From what I can tell, you have the wrong store ID.

Based on https://cloudup.com/cO4kSUo1Gmh your store ID would be 14690755

I was able to get 1 result by plopping that corrected ID into the following url, with my own API key appended at the end.

You’ll want to append yours to see the raw results from the API.

Wish they made things a bit more obvious for proper IDs to use.
