If that error is showing up, it basically means that the importer is not receiving any products back from the API request it’s making. Are you sure you have public products at the moment? Or are they all not fully posted yet in the shop at Etsy?

If you provide your store URL, I can kick some tires and see if I can get anything working.

Also, apparently, this was asked a couple months ago, but possibly not in the plugin’s support forum? Sorry for the delay, regardless.

    Hi Michael,
    I have the same issue.
I think this is my shop ID 87830632
    https://www.etsy.com/shop/VeganJewelry

@alanaglassbeads Wanting to confirm I have seen this, and will be trying to get to it soon.

    Thank you!

@alanaglassbeads thank you for your patience here.

Can you try again with 13115108 as your shop ID? The one you tried above wasn’t showing up as accurate for me, but the one I’m providing does. If anything, it’s finding 145 products from what I’m seeing.

Also note that we admit that the plugin doesn’t always do great with mass importing, so it may time out a number of times while trying to get everything in. Refreshing or revisiting the settings page and just hitting save again should help a bit. We’re still trying to work out how to handle batch importing better.

    Hi Michael,
    Thank you for you answer.
I have tryed with the ID shop number you say, and it seems it starts to “think”,
but then I get an 500- internal server error ??
    Don′t know what that means.

Possible it’s related to the last part I mentioned above, possibly not. It would depend on the actual errors/logged errors(if available) to say for sure.

The “thinking” would be it actually churning away at processing the products and working to import them. If you look at the list that gets added from our plugin, you’ll probably start seeing them appear.

oh yes! I now see the list of products, thank you!! ??
However I do not see them in my blog, even if it says they are active products.
What am I ment to do now with it?
    Thank you so much ??
