No PRO support

    I am appalled at the fact that when you purchase a pro license for this plugin, the only response you receive for support is that “I am currently directing all of my time towards the next version of WooCommerce POS, which means there is a currently a backlog of support requests.

    The next version of WooCommerce POS is a complete rewrite of the application using React JS. Moving to a more modern codebase will provide fixes for the most common pain points experienced by all users.

    In the meantime you may find an answer to your question in the Frequently Asked Questions (https://faq.wcpos.com) or the User Documentation (https://docs.wcpos.com).

    So we purchase a license and you write your customers off? I will never purchase another license from this developer again. Completely unprofessional. I’ve been waiting over a year for ANY support.
