    Thank you for raising the forum post regarding the cURL error 60 error certificate error.

    Yes. We can confirm we are currently experiencing a certificate issue related to the Let’s Encrypt certificate expiration event affecting some users of the service. We have restored the service for some, but working to restore the service for all users. We hope to have this resolved shortly. We’ll post an update on this forum topic once we have the fixed completed and service fully restored.

    The SSL certificate issue error has been fixed. The location printer data has been restored. You should be all set now for the service. If you encounter any new issues, please let us know.
