    Hi!

    I don’t get it to work, It keeps saying “No pricing data recorded since plugin activation” – even though I’ve changed the price multiple times to run some tests on some products. In frontend it keeps saying that lowest price last 30 days is same as current price, even if I adjust it. Thankful 4 any thoughts on this!

    This seems quite unusual. Are you utilizing standard WooCommerce simple, variable, virtual, external products, or do you have other product types integrated through a third-party plugin?

    Hi Marin! I have simple & variable products. Variable products are generated automatically from our business system, but once in Woo they are ordinary variable products… Strange. If I change the price it still shows currrent pricing as lowest last 30 days… (same with simple products that I have made from scratch in Woo)

    We’ve not come across a similar issue before. Our plugin actively monitors price changes initiated by WooCommerce, captures the updated price, and reflects it in the database.

    If manual updates aren’t registering price changes, it’s likely that a third-party plugin or perhaps your theme is causing interference. To troubleshoot, consider conducting a quick test on a staging site. Deactivate all plugins associated with WooCommerce, leaving only WooCommerce and our plugin enabled. Then, attempt a manual price update to check if it’s recorded. Gradually activate each plugin one by one and test price updates to identify any conflicting ones.

    Additionally, if your theme has custom WooCommerce-related code, try switching themes during the test.

    A crucial note: Conduct these tests exclusively on the staging site to avoid any disruptions on the live site!

    OK, I have no access to a staging environment so I haven’t had the chance to do any further inquiry. I’ll get back if I find whats causing my problem. Thanks again!
