    Hello,
I have DOKAN, pro, Elementor, Pro and Woocommerce installed. We use fitwear as theme. All is fine except the vendor single store page. On a test store I have 2 products but there is now price and Buy now visible. Also if I build a new template I can not see the price. A switch to default theme is not possible, because there is a server error. I don′t know why….
So why is on the store the price missing…

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @patricio_ktn,

Based on your response you customize the Single Store template of the Dokan plugin. Customizing the Single Store template using Dokan and Elementor is available in the pro feature of the Dokan plugin.

As per forum guidelines, we are unable to discuss premium features of plugins within this forum. You can find more information about the forum guidelines at this link.

    Thanks!

I do not need to customize. I am also happy with default, but as you see on the website (this is with default dokan store), the price is missing. And I don′t know why.
I also have the pro version. I only tested it to setup a new template. But there is the same. There must be an other reason

    Hello @patricio_ktn,

We would like to inform you that we have not identified any issues locally regarding the pricing. Therefore, we assume that this error may be occurring due to a conflict with other plugins or themes on your site. To address this, we recommend taking your site to a minimal state and observing if the problem persists. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Deactivate all plugins except Dokan Lite and WooCommerce.
    2. Switch to a stable theme, such as Storefront.
    3. Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache, and then try again.

In case the issue is resolved, it indicates that there is a conflicting plugin or theme installed on your website. To identify the responsible plugin/theme, it is recommended to carry out a thorough conflict test. You can refer to this third-party article for assistance in tracing the problematic plugin/theme. Once you have determined the conflicting plugin/theme, please reach out to the relevant support team for further assistance.

    Thanks!
