Hi all, first post here, new to WordPress and Woo Commerce.
I have tried deactivating the few plugins I have running. Issue not solved.
    The issue is this…
My site looks all good when I am logged in but when I view it on another device, or if I log out of WordPress then the store products don’t display their price or add to cart button. In their place is an Enquiry button.
Interestingly I didn’t know there was even an enquiry option, so I installed a plugin for that, so now there are two enquiry buttons on the individual product pages.
I have tried a few things but I can’t figure this out. Any and all advice appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

An enquiry is not a default WooCommerce functionality so it sounds like you are using a couple of third-party enquiry plugins and they are adding these buttons. I don’t see your System Status Report so I can’t say which ones those are.

As long as the product has the price specified and it is in stock – the “add to cart” button should appear.

You may want to do a full plugin/theme conflict test in order to determine where this behaviour is coming from.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the enquiry button was added by one of the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing this, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Thanks for the advice, I went back through the plugins and found the one creating the issue.
