No Preview Available

What is wrong with Box Doc Preview, seems to be working fine for me.

Also what type of document are you trying to preview?

On Box Doc Viewer website they state this:

We are no longer accepting new sign ups to the View API. New developers can use this endpoint in Content API to leverage Box’s Preview services. Existing developers can continue to use View API at this time.

I’ve looked into the google docs viewer and I believe it is my work blocking the site.

I took and look and your right, I will have to look at box view again. Maybe there is a solution.

As for google docs I have noticed lately that it can be somewhat unreliable I am also looking into the cause for that too.

Hi @laurengibb try the box view link again from the mdocs settings page it look like you can create an account again.

Box view is being deprecated and new accounts can only create a preview for Box documents.
Google is showing me No Preview Available for all file types. Any fix yet?

Unfortunately there is no fix if google preview doesn’t work.. Some servers or locations google just won’t work. I have spent many hours trying to get preview to work on some peoples servers with no success. ??

Interesting – guess I will just hope that it works when I get it moved to its actual location. Currently working on a MAMP dev site so maybe that is just the problem.
