No Premium Support Response

Can you please respond to the support request I sent on the 15/06/2021 (3 working days ago).
I purchased your premium product on the 10/06/2021 but there is not enough documentation enclosed about its functionality on your knowledge base https://www.mc4wp.com/kb/ and the mail sync feature for deleting users does not work from what I can see.
I can see form your reviews that your support team generally gets good reviews but my experience so far has been poor as a paying customer.
