NO premade templates even though we paid

    HI Guys, we purchased 10 templates license thinking that this would give us 10 premade templates but it looks like this is something else. Can you guy refund us and switch us back to 20USD package with 1 full template support as we might need only 1. Also do you guy have any premade templates ? we need for capability sheet which is submitted to US for contracts

    Whats the direct and quick way to get support on this.
