No Pre-Sale Response

I emailed well over 24 hours ago and no reply. I think this form builder is what we need pluse we belong to a industry that is trying to find a form builder with good coding and after our coder looked at code for his site they said it was very clean code. We are very disappointed at the response time. I understand you get a lot of pre sales questions, but you are loosing a lot of money I am going to buy Ninja Form Builder. Was really hoping yours was the one, but we too have a business to run and we can’t make customers wait this long we lose sales. Thanks for reading this.
