“No posts are available”, when there are new posts

    If there aren’t any eligible posts, I get the below message (which makes sense) but from then on it stops working, even if there are new posts that become eligible later:

    Error encountered
    No posts are available to share for your account. Try activating the Share more than once option or changing the minimum and maximum post age setting to widen the pool of available posts.

    From this point on, the plugin does not detect that there are new entries to share. Everything is well configured (Minimum Post Age to 0).

    To reactivate it I need click to stop sharing and start it again. With the added problem that it re-selects posts that have already been shared once…

    Kindly share the screenshot of your General Settings, Post Format and Sharing Logs. Will take a look and see where the issue could be coming from.

    I’m having the same issue. I have dozens of posts, have tinkered with settings etc, reloaded permalinks, and still have the same problem.

    I’ll try to explain it again, a real case.

    I have 10 posts published, I start sharing with “Share more than once?” set to NO.

    All 10 posts are shared. Right now the plugin has the error “No posts are available to share for your account. Try activating the Share more than once option or changing the minimum and maximum post age setting to widen the pool of available posts”, well, it’s normal because there are no selectable posts to share.

    But now, I publish a new post (I don’t share instantly), and the plugin keeps showing every 5 minutes in logs the same message: “No posts are available to share for your account. Try activating the Share more than once option or changing the minimum and maximum post age setting to widen the pool of available posts”.

    Now it is not working well, because the plugin should detect that there is a post to share because it has never been shared.

    I hope you understand the problem with the complete example.

    Specify that I have “Minimum Entry Age” set to 0

    I still have the problem, now on several sites.

    I’ve tried adjusting the settings but to no avail.
