No posts appearing in sitemap

My sitemap includes a link to the homepage, but the post maps are blank. I’m using default settings, posts are ON and the blog has dozens of posts.

-My sitemap.xml includes links to the post maps like “sitemap-pt-post-2015-06.xml”
-When you go sitemap-pt-post-2015-06.xml, the page contains no links. This also ends up throwing a missing XML tag on google webmaster tools.
-I Installed a previous version (3.3.1) of the plugin, and it generated links to the posts without the domain. Example: /post-name/ (without the https://www.blogname.com/)
-The blog has the correct URLs entered in the wordpress settings.
-Using version 4.0.8 of the plugin and WP-Super Cache (turned off)
