No Post Images, No Thumbnails Unless I copy their URL

  • Hi Experts,

    Could you please help me on the below issues?

    1. None of the images posted on my blog shows up by default including the thumbnails in the default page of WP.
    2. No images in the Media Library folder too.

      I initially thought it is an issue due to my theme and hence activated the basic theme but still, the issue exists.

    When I do the below steps, then the images are displayed.

    1. Right click on the broken image
    2. Copy Image Address
    3. Open in new tab and hit go.
    4. Come back to the original page and refresh the screen
    5. The images appear.

    I have several posts and doing the above steps would consume a lot of time. Maybe I am missing something.

    Note: If I open the image directly on a new tab, it shows 403 forbidden even though the related folders are with permission 755 and files 644.

    Have tried the below steps already,

    1. Checked the Permissions.

    2. The site URL and WP URL on the settings > General are the same.
    Already deleted the htaccess file > and saved the Permalink

    3. The option “Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” is enabled on the settings > media

    4. Tried disabling all the plugins and still having the same issue.

    5. Tried Media Sync plugin and Search & replace plugin etc but no luck.

    Any support would be helpful.

    Few questions,

    Resize Your Images ( any specific plugin should I use ?)

    Uninstall the Cache Plugin ( Even with no cache plugin I face the same issue but will try on the sequence you had suggested)

    Install the Imagify Plugin

    Remove Unused CSS ( Is there a way I can identify this, Sorry for multiple questions seeking details. I haven’t been much on this topic )

    Upload Your Images, Not URL
    ( All the images have been uploaded directly and none via url – Are you suggesting to upload all the images again though they are in already? Kindly confirm.
