Our Devs are already checking on this one.

Could We perhaps get the following details?

1. Events Manager Version
2. WordPress Version
3. PHP Version

Does it happen when only EM is activated as plugin and when you’re using twenty-series theme?

Hi, I’ve tested this out myself, and can’t reproduce this. I’d suggest a couple of things:

1. Try refreshing your browser cache with a hard reload, for example as shown here – https://www.getfilecloud.com/blog/2015/03/tech-tip-how-to-do-hard-refresh-in-browsers/#.XwOB72ozbDU

2. Try using WP Safe Mode and see if it still happens with 2020 and no other plugins but EM active.

Hi all, someone submitted us some login info via our Pro forums, and we’ve reproduced the issue. It seems to be related to having dropdowns for locations enabled, which we’ll fix very shortly.

Please update to that version and you’ll find things are working again.

With the new update everything works fine again.
