No popups after update

    After updatet to Popup Builder Version 3.69.3 (WordPress Version 5.5.1), cannot show popups anymore.

    Can you, please, let me know if you have the popup builder extensions?
    In case you do, please, make sure they are active.

    Also, try to update the plugin to the latest 3.69.3 version and let us know if the issue still exists.

    I have already updated to Version 3.69.3. I have problems since the updating. Actually I have no extensions – and I did not have them before, but the plugin worked…

    That’s a really strange issue.
    May I ask you to try to deactivate and re-activate the plugin?
    Also, I’m wondering if you are using a multilingual plugin could you please make sure you’ve selected a default language from your admin panel?
