• I installed the added to cart plugin on my site. I use the flatsome theme. The popup does not show at all while the product is added to cart. Does the plugin work with the flatsome theme or are special setting required?

    Hi,
and thank you for writing in!

We’ve just checked you site and it seems the JS file of YITH WooCommerce Added to Cart Popup is not loaded in your site.
Maybe do you have any plugin that optimize JS files?
If so, could you try to deactivate it?
Otherwise, maybe something in your installation could conflict with the plugin and cause this issue.
In this case, to discover what is causing the issue you should isolate the plugin behavior; to do this, please, try to deactivate all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Added to Cart Popup active, and see if the problem is solved. If so, try to activate them again, one by one, to see which one causes the issue.

Please try these solutions and let us know what’s the result.

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I have no JS file optimization plugin. I disabled my plugins and no popup. I use Woocart hosting so I asked support @ woocart. They checked it out and it looks not to be a woocart issue because they found the js file is loaded but the add-to-cart event does not open the popup. I have screenshots of this with code. See screenschots: screeshot 1 screenshot 2

    Hi there,
please check to have enabled the add to cart in ajax for archive pages in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Product.

Basically, for archive pages, if the add to cart in ajax works fine (default WooCommerce feature), the popup should be showed.
We just show the popup whenever the event “added_to_cart” is triggered.
