no popup show at IE 8 and IE7

IE8 and below don’t support some CSS properties.
I suppose (without being 100% certain though) that this could possibly be resolved using modernizr…

You’ll have to contact your theme developer and see if they can update the modernizr script that is included in the theme to support more elements, or update it yourself by downloading a customized version from https://modernizr.com/

Ideally its not a good process to post on a thread 8 months old. The plugin has changed since then and so has wordpress ??
