No popup on mobile / language question / no show option not working

    Dear All,

    I just started with this nice plugin but have three issues:

    1) There is no popup on the mobile pages when I tested it, could the popup size be a reason?

    2) I used Polylang as language tool but it looks I can only set one language as popup and not depending on the user language, is that correct?

    3) I want that once a user saw the popup it is not shown for 5 minutes but during testing, even setting ?Show promoter every X minutes“ to 5 minutes it directly pops up again at the next page visit.

    If it works I want to buy the pro version but need to be sure before ??

    Here are the answers to your questions:

    1) We have tested with Android and Ios and it worked perfectly.
    Probably you have installed a cache plugin, if so, please clear the cache and try again.
