No pop up to accept notification

  • Hello,

    We have installed your plugin for notifications. We have correctly entered the API key and it is indicated that it is valid but we do not have the pop up that asks visitors if they wish to receive notifications

    Why is this pop up not displayed?

    Thank you for your reply.

    We checked for the cache and emptied it, but that doesn’t change anything. The pop-up asking if you want to accept the notifications still does not appear.
