No points in the finals

    Hi Antoine,

    The weirdest thing.

    After the groupe phase, we noticed that when players entered predictions, they were not counted in the number of predictions count. It got stuck at 36.

    Just now we entered the result of Wales – Danmark and no scores were added.

    I can’t figure out what is wrong :-((

    Users see the points they scored in their prediction page, but it’s not added to the total on the ranking page. I cleared cache server side, no result.

    Switched to simple calculation, no result ??

    If you are using different ranking type for the next round; maybe in admin, try selecting User defined ranking or the ranking for round of 16 ?

    We tested few things.

    It clearly calculates only the Poule phase and not the finals in the Ranking.

    It’s a mystery to me.

    It did the trick!!!

    I really don’t understand why, but it works.

    The setting was set on ‘different ranking’, don’t know why either.

    You can define the match that will be shown in the ranking setup… just click on the Ranking in admin menu, you can define the matches in each of the ranking you’ve created. Quite cool actually ??
